Our Billpayer service will be down from July 18th to July 20th for upgrading. Your currently scheduled payments will go out. There is a possibility that the payments may be delayed by 1 or 2 days. All payments scheduled to go out on July 18th will go out by the existing system. All payments scheduled to go out on July 19th and beyond will be sent out by the new system. No new payments may be submitted during the upgrading process. During the upgrade Billpayer tab will disappear from your Internet Banking.
Current Billpayer history will not survive the upgrade. If you want to have a copy of your Billpayer history you will need to copy it before to July 18th. Your existing payees will be converted to the new system. Your payments scheduled to take place after the 20th will go out as you have set up.
