At present our vendor has not established the connection between our home banking and their system. Any bill that has been set up with a dollar amount will continue to be mailed out as normal. If you desire to change an amount, you will need to email the Credit Union with the vendor name and amount you wish to pay. We have been assured the connection will be available by May 1.

*Any automatic payments you have scheduled will still go out and operate like normal.

*If you need to have a payment sent out, please do not hesitate to contact us.

 

 

 

 

FRECU is going to do a major upgrade of our computer system.  This means there will be changes to most aspects of the Credit Union.   

Prior to the upgrade date you will need to have:

*Download and/or print out any e-statements or e-documents that you wish to keep. 

*Sufficient cash on hand to cover any transactions that could take place during the upgrade.

*Any wire or special transaction completed prior to the upgrade date.

Important Dates:

February 28- Thursday- This is the last day you will have access to your current online banking, E-statements, and e-documents.   

March 1- Friday- The Credit Union will be closed for the upgrade

March 2- Saturday- The Credit Union will be closed with the system upgrade in progress.  All Credit Union online, and automated services will continue to be unavailable as the upgrade takes place.

March 3- Sunday- The Credit Union will be closed with the system upgrade in process.  All Credit Union online, and automated services will continue to be unavailable as the upgrade takes place.

March 4- Monday- The Credit Union will open and resume normal operations.  The upgrade should be complete.
